Lloyd R. Prentice has designed and developed more than 100 educational and consumer software products for major publishers. Web experience includes a soup-to-nuts application to support marketing and management of world-class technical conferences. Lloyd is a novelist and small-press publisher. His novels include Freein’ Pancho, The Gospel of Ashes, and the Aya Takeo manga trilogy.

Jesse Gumm
Jesse Gumm is an entrepreneur specializing in web application development. His most recent endeavor, BracketPal.com, a beach volleyball league and tournament management system was recently acquired by SportsEngine, Inc. where he now works full-time. In open source, he’s the project leader of the Nitrogen Web Framework for Erlang and its core dependencies SimpleBridge, NitroCache, and nprocreg, and he has a hand in a number of other Erlang projects: qdate (date and timezone management), sync (automatic compilation), and ChicagoBoss (MVC web framework).
